She laid out any changes I should consider before the listing, how and when the brokers open would go and the process of showing my house to potential buyers. She even laid out a full digital campaign of how my house would be marketed online. Rosa handled everything! Once I had a buyer, Rosa even showed up at the house when I was not available to meet inspectors, appraisers, etc. She went way above and beyond. She was always accessible when needed and would assist in every way she could. In our case, the seller of the house we purchased wasn't accessible or wouldn't return calls/emails and Rosa stayed on top of them until our questions were answered. I would recommend Rosa to all perspective buyers without a doubt.
