My experience with Rosa was incredible. When we first met, she showed me a full timeline of how my house would be marketed. She laid out any changes I should consider before the listing, how and when the brokers open would go and the process of showing my house to potential buyers. She even laid out a full digital campaign of how my house would be marketed online. Rosa handled everything! Once I had a buyer, Rosa even showed up at the house when I was not available to meet inspectors, appraisers, etc. She went way above and beyond. I travel a lot and Rosa took care of everything when I was not around.
